ReCapture™ SMS Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 4, 2026
ReCapture Financial, Inc. (“ReCapture™,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may send transactional and operational SMS/text messages related to your participation in ReCapture™ Financial Participation Membership Programs.
By providing your mobile number and voluntarily opting in to receive messages, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
Program Description
ReCapture™ may send transactional and operational text messages relating to:
- onboarding,
- underwriting updates,
- participation activity,
- dashboard notifications,
- ACH/eCheck notifications,
- payment reminders,
- payment confirmations,
- participation status updates,
- account servicing,
- interview scheduling,
- support communications,
- and operational participation communications.
These communications may relate to programs including, but not limited to:
- CarBarrage™,
- Rent-Break™,
- Eat4Free™,
- AdvisorReady™,
- and other ReCapture™ participation initiatives.
Messages may include:
- automated messages,
- manually sent messages,
- or system-generated operational notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on:
- participation activity,
- onboarding status,
- underwriting status,
- account activity,
- dashboard usage,
- payment activity,
- and operational needs.
Typical messaging frequency may range from:
- 1 to 4 messages per month,
although additional operational communications may occur when necessary.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS communications is:
- voluntary,
- not required to purchase services,
- and not required as a condition of participation eligibility.
You may participate in ReCapture™ programs whether or not you consent to receive SMS communications.
However, certain operational communications may require electronic communication capability to effectively administer participation services.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
ReCapture™ is not responsible for:
- carrier charges,
- messaging fees,
- data charges,
- or mobile service limitations.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:
STOP
After opting out:
- you may receive a final confirmation message,
- and operational communications may continue through email or dashboard notifications where permitted.

For assistance, reply:
HELP
or contact ReCapture™ through official communication channels.
Supported Carriers
Message delivery is subject to:
- wireless carrier availability,
- mobile network conditions,
- and third-party messaging provider functionality.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Mobile Information Privacy
Your mobile information will not be:
- sold,
- rented,
- or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to:
- deliver SMS communications,
- process participation-related operations,
- administer platform functionality,
- maintain compliance,
- support account operations,
- or facilitate operational communications.
Eligibility
By opting in, you represent that:
- you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided,
- you are at least 18 years of age,
- and you have authority to consent to receive automated communications.
Electronic Communications
By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive:
- electronic operational communications,
- account notifications,
- participation notices,
- onboarding communications,
- and related transactional messages electronically.
Modifications
ReCapture™ reserves the right to:
- update these SMS Terms,
- revise communication procedures,
- modify messaging practices,
- or change operational communication systems.
Updated terms may be posted electronically with an updated effective date.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
