By submitting payment to ReCapture Financial, Inc. (“ReCapture™,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to this Refund Policy.
Refundable Enrollment Reviews

- enrollment payments,
- participation review payments,
- underwriting review payments,
- or participation activation payments.
Where specifically stated, enrollment payments may be refundable subject to:
- underwriting review,
- identity verification,
- participation eligibility,
- and compliance with participation requirements.

Underwriting Review Process
Enrollment payments may be used to:

Cancellation does not automatically guarantee refund eligibility.
Participation Activation
Once participation:
- has been activated,
- underwriting has been completed,
- dashboard access has been established,
- participation administration has begun,
- or participation services have materially commenced,
certain payments may become:
- partially refundable,
- administratively refundable,
- or non-refundable
where permitted by law and disclosed within applicable program terms.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Members agree not to improperly dispute:
- authorized transactions,
- approved participation payments,
- electronically authorized payments,
- or properly disclosed participation-related charges.
Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- participation suspension,
- participation termination,
- account restrictions,
- collections activity where permitted,
- and denial of future participation eligibility.
Fraud Prevention
ReCapture™ reserves the right to:
- delay refunds,
- deny refunds,
- request additional verification,
- suspend processing,
- or investigate transactions
where fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Third-Party Processors
Refund processing may involve:

- and other third-party payment providers.
ReCapture™ is not responsible for:
- processor delays,
- banking interruptions,
- or external financial institution processing timelines.

- financial returns,
- or participation outcomes.
Participation remains subject to:
- underwriting,
- participation requirements,
- Good Standing,
- and applicable program rules.

ReCapture™ reserves the right to:

- modify processing procedures,
- or adjust refund administration practices.
Updated policies may be posted electronically.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
